Soil Test (P.) Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified pioneering Engineering & Management Consultancy Firm established in the year 1979 with 46 years’ legacy of providing complete range of dedicated and reliable engineering & allied management services in the field of Buildings, Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering and Disaster Management. We also undertake laboratory tests on foundation soils and construction materials, chemical analysis of soils, water, rocks, minerals etc. for industrial, commercial or agricultural purposes for varied Engineering Projects.

We are looking for highly enthusiastic, experienced, competitive and dedicated candidates for the following positions:

Job Description:

Check Daily Websites of PPMO-Government of Nepal, ADB, World Bank and other International Websites, National Newspapers for latest Tender/Bidding Notices, Amendments of Notices for various Consulting Engineering Business opportunities for both upcoming Domestic Projects throughout Nepal, Regional and International Projects in other countries.
Coordinate in preparation of all relevant documents required including CVs of required Professionals, Company Documents (Registration, PAN/VAT), Tax Clearance Certificates etc. for both Online submission and Off line Hard Copy submission during EOI and RFP submission process as per the concerned Notices for all Bidding Processes.
Take part in pre-bid meetings, follow through Bidding Processes maintaining very good PR with all concerned authorities.
Search and coordinate concerned organizations/lead for CV requirements for various positions as required for submission of RFP and EOI as per the Project requirement.
Monitor, control, check the accuracy and uploading/submission of all Bidding Documents as per the Bidding Notices requirement meeting Public Procurement Act 2063 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (PPR) for National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and other required Standards like FIDIC etc. for International Competitive Bidding (ICB) processes.
Coordinate with Technical and Management Teams during preparation of Bid Documents.

Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 Years of solid and proven track record in Business Development in the Consulting Engineering Sectors with work experiences in Bid preparation, research and client management in reputed Consulting Engineering Firms in Nepal.
Must be proficient in operations of Office packages like Word, Excel with excellent English and Nepali typing skills, Online e-Bidding Software, Graphics Software, and other office accessories, etc.
Strong organizational, coordination with multitasking skills.
Excellent PR, interpersonal and communication skills both in Nepali and English.
Excellent Networking skills at all levels in Government Offices and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Social Media management with related Design Software tools.
Honest, flexible, dedicated, highly ethical with excellent knowledge of National and International Bidding regulations and procedures in Nepal.
Must have own 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with updated Licenses. Preferable Driving Licenses of 4 Wheelers as well.

Salary: Negotiable depending upon the experience of the candidate.
