Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Casino Pride Nepal. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area. They will also communicate with customers to take orders, handle transactions, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in food preparation and handling
• Knowledge of different beverage recipes and equipment
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in barista training is a plus
