About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer specialized in Node.js to join our innovative team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient backend services, collaborating with front-end developers and other stakeholders, and ensuring the robustness of our applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Ensure code quality by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong focus on Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Portfolio of previous projects or code samples.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
