Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain the server-side logic of our web applications. The ideal candidate is experienced with backend frameworks, APIs, database management, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Fluent in Microsoft .Net Core and Proficient in at least one backend language or framework such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or Ruby.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side templating.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases Microsoft SQL Server (Knowledge on MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Solid understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and version control practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Ensure data protection and implement best security practices.
Participate in system architecture planning and code reviews.
Monitor backend performance and perform regular system updates.
Stay up-to-date with new backend technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Fluent in Microsoft .Net Core and Proficient in at least one backend language or framework such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or Ruby.

Familiarity with caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
Exposure to message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
