We are currently seeking a motivated entry-level professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting chance to develop your skills in administration and IT support while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office operations across the company.
Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and general administrative requirements.
Oversee procurement and purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and services.
Maintain accurate administrative records, documents, and inventories.
Coordinate employee administrative requirements, including onboarding and offboarding logistics.
Manage and maintain the company's internal systems and networking infrastructure.
Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
Monitor office-related systems and network performance, recommending improvements.
Coordinate meetings, company events, and related office arrangements.
Assist in maintaining records of administrative expenses and coordinate with Finance for payments.

Qualifications and Expectations:

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IT systems.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
