General Requirements:

We are looking for highly-capable individuals that can solve technical problems unbound to any particular technology stack. These individuals can deconstruct problems on the fly and have a keen interest in learning and grow quickly
Minimum of 2-year experience in the software development, UI/UX field
Minimum of High School Education - Bachelors + preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, time management and conflict resolution
Ability to excel in a team setting but able to work independently as well
Passion for software development, learning and growing your craft
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and drive for the team to be successful
Exceptional debugger and bug tracking
Strong knowledge of MVC software architecture
Strong knowledge of Software design patterns: at least Singleton, Factory, Facade, DI and Provider
Strong problem solving skill
Knowledge of UNIX based OS
Knowledge of Version control
Strong knowledge of RESTful API concept
Strong knowledge of Web-standards
(HTML, CSS, Javascript, Server Reponse, etc. )
Ability and willingness to work with designers and front-end developers
Knowledge and expertise with cross browser compatibility issues (CSS, JavaScript, DHTML)
Strong knowledge of SQL
Experience with test driven development (unit, acceptance and functional testing)
