Required skills

Job Description

Develop website, web app and API, and any other apps using Ruby on Rails or other frameworks from scratch based on each client's requirements
Implement features, fix bugs, and refactor code of existing apps
Discuss technical requirements, database structures, code styles, and performances with other developers
Review other people's code
Communicate with a foreign team for any improvement in the company
