Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue generation. As the B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our range of online services and solutions to businesses. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and achieving revenue targets through your own sales efforts as well as motivating and enhancing the performance of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the B2B sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Thulo.Com's online services, websites, emails, hosting, servers, and SaaS solutions to potential clients.
  • Identify and target key business sectors and industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Set sales targets and closely monitor the team's performance against these targets.
  • Plan and organize sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Thulo.Com's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collaterals and promotional materials.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and customer needs to continuously improve the company's offerings and market position.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
