Position Overview:

Sprint Funder is a US-based multi-state funder of business financing seeking bi-lingual fluent English/Spanish speaking internationally based Sales Closers to sell and close qualified inbound leads.

THIS IS A SOPHISTICATED SALES CLOSER ROLE FOR BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS FUNDING WITH CASH ADVANCES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DEEP SALES CLOSER EXPERIENCE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.

We will provide you with specific selling and financial training. You will be required to use our selling systems including detailed scripts and closing processes. You must be able to work with SMS, Email, and Voice through our provided platforms. You may also be required to sell through Zoom and/or Google Meet. You must be well groomed and present professionally. You will be required to use a background image on remote meetings, which we will provide.

A prime candidate for this role will be self-motivated, competitive, eager, incentive based and driven towards results.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Effectively manage warm qualified leads provided by the company, nurturing relationships, maintaining a pipeline and closing deals
  •  Engage qualified leads outbound calls, SMS, and emails to follow up with leads and present financing solutions
  •  Handle inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional client services.
  •  Collaborate with Sales Team Leader and Processors and external partners to secure optimal financing options for clients
  •  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  •  Must speak bi-lingual English and Spanish fluently. No exceptions.
  •  Must be able to read and comprehend in English.
  •  Must be willing to meticulously follow our process including our scripts.
  •  Proven experience in direct sales or customer service roles; familiarity with financial services or Merchant Cash Advances is a plus
  •  Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  •  Tech-savvy with computer proficiency; familiarity with Go High Level or other CRM software is advantageous
  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education
  •  Willingness to learn
  •  Reading comprehension. Comfortable following a script precisely.
