We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanical Engineer to join our team at the Jeetpur factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, with hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems in vehicles. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automotive mechanical systems, including engines, transmission, braking, suspension, and other key vehicle components.
Diagnostic Work: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Repairs and Replacements: Carry out repairs and replacements of damaged or faulty mechanical parts, ensuring the vehicle's performance and safety.
Testing and Inspection: Conduct post-repair tests and inspections to ensure proper functioning of vehicles and their mechanical systems.
Quality Control: Ensure that all mechanical work complies with safety standards, and company quality control procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used, ensuring that all actions are documented in accordance with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team, workshop staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and staff on mechanical processes and repairs.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive mechanical engineering, preferably in a factory or automotive service setting.

Skills and Knowledge:

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems in vehicles.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and suspensions.
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints.
Good understanding of safety protocols in the workshop and factory environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
