Auto CAD Team Leader

Blinqlab is looking for a talented and experienced Auto CAD team leader who can supervise and lead team members to meet production goals and ensure the highest quality.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Quality Check of the floor plans
• Distribution of work, managing the progress and workload of the team
• Check drawings of proposed sketches, checking dimensions and objects to be used
• Ensure delivery of highly accurate floor plans and scaled drawings
• Support the overall development of the CAD Team providing technical guidance, providing training and mentoring other drafters
• Must be proficient in Auto Cad

What makes you our ideal candidate?

• You have a Diploma or bachelor in architecture
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Previous experience of working in a senior role, managing a team of CAD drafters
• You are an excellent communicator both verbal and written
• You are proficient in English
• Ability to manage people and time
• Minimum of 3-4 years of drafting experience
