Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counselor - Australia to join our team at Murphy Education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting students through their educational journey in Australia, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth counseling process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding study opportunities in Australia.
Assist students in course selection, admission processes, and visa application requirements.
Conduct presentations, information sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
Maintain updated knowledge about Australian universities, programs, and policies.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Meet individual and team targets while maintaining professional service standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of counseling experience (preferably in education consultancy).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
Confident, hardworking, and passionate about student counseling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hour: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
