- Identify potential customers in the market, generate a lead and develop a business development plan to connect with them and materialize the order.
- Organize events and marketing campaigns to promote the business.
- Responsible for developing maximum leads possible and converting those leads to actual orders for revenue generation of the company and meeting agreed targets.
- Maintain Daily Sales Report ( DSR ) and regularly keep in touch with the customers, make necessary followup till the time order gets materialize.
- Provide information to the management about the market / industry / competitors by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing all relevant data and trends.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure it is resolved timely.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
