Job Description

Supplier relationship maintenance, master supplier dynamics (management, capability, finance, staff turnover, cooperation projects, resource input, etc.)
Track the problem and coordinate the relevant departments until the problem is solved
Supplier sourcing searching and certification
Subcontractor certification, document management, monthly subcontractor evaluation, project ledger maintenance, subcontractor problem tracking, and communication and coordination.
Verification of documents
Dealing with the Finance & Project Team
Coordination with the HR department and manage the human resource payment process
