Location: Nepalgunj

Salary: Negotiable but no bar for deserving candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Given Sales Target Achievement
  • Ensuring timely arrival of materials as per demand at dealers/wholesalers/outlets
  • Prepare the annual & monthly sales plans & programs for the respective dealers
  • Maintaining excellent trade relationship with distributors, wholesalers and retailers
  • Ensure properly planned visitation at dealers/wholesalers/outlets
  • Developing and maintaining a highly motivated and competent Field Sales team
  • Ensuring effective merchandising activities (posturing, product display, etc.) at dealers/wholesalers/outlets/malls/shopping complex etc
  • Monitoring performance of sales team along with distributors and retailers
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales plan and submitting Sales Reports
  • Monitoring and Preparation of competitor activities/trade schemes/business strategies report on their respective area
  • Reporting the relevant sales data and other information
  • Execution of all product and sales promotion related activities

Required Key Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • BBS/BBA/MBS/MBA from a recognized university
  • 5-7 years of experience in aggressive selling in liquor industries
  • Good working knowledge in the field of sales (preferably in FMCG of Liquor industry)
  • Strong Marketing and Negotiation skills
  • A passion for sales and winning new business
  • The drive and motivation to exceed sales targets
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill with Pleasant Personality
  • Sound knowledge on MS-Office, Email and Internet. Advance Excel User
  • Fluent in speaking/writing both English and Nepali
  • Comfortable in working with high Targets
  • Passion to become a leader
  • Enthusiastic and ability to work under pressure
