Job Description

  • To forecast hiring requirements, especially in peak seasons and maximum turnover seasons.
  • To design and post effective job ads on job boards and social networks, inform college career offices regarding vacancies, in order to solve all level of vacancy requirements,
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly employee turnover reports.
  • To be responsible for running and monitoring on board and orientation programs.
  • To provide support to organization by developing the skills and capabilities of staff by identifying training and development opportunities; organising staff training sessions within and outside the organization.
  • To be involved and provide advice in the staff dispute settlement process; provide proper solutions as per the rules and regulations of the company.
  • To provide recommendations on disciplinary actions as per labor act and rules.
  • To provide information and assistance at all levels of human resource and work on related issues by conducting meetings.
  • To manage payroll considering overtime, duty schedules and also maintaining employee records.
  • To develop and implement personnel management policies and procedures.
  • To plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention.
  • To conduct HR audits by preparing questionnaires and conducting interviews with employees.
  • To set up performance appraisal evaluation forms and keep track of talent matrix.
  • To plan and execute the process of health insurance, advance/loan facilities to the staff.
  • To provide feasible working environments for the staff; promote safety in the working environment, availability and maintenance of office equipment.
  • To plan proper exit of the employee and create a beneficial experience letter for the staff.
  • To prepare and be part of conducting exit interviews.
