Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets, verifying the accuracy of information and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, summarizing financial data for review by senior accountants or management.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that company accounts align with bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses, track receipts, and ensure proper documentation for reimbursements and expense claims.
  • Assist auditors during internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
