Roles and responsibilities of this job

Create User Manual, Training Materials & Video Tutorials
Work with BA/QC Team to prepare various documents
Proofread the technical, business, and official documents as per necessity
Store the document in a centralized document repository for easy access
Organize documents in repository & application website
Update and upload standard documents in application website in regular basis
