Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Associate Solutions Architect supports the design, development, and delivery of recovery audit solutions for FlexTecs’ global clientele. This role is ideal for early-career professionals seeking to build expertise in solution architecture, technical development, and collaborative project delivery. The Associate Solutions Architect works under the guidance of senior architects and development leads, contributing to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Development & Support

Assist in designing and implementing recovery audit solutions in collaboration with auditors, client representatives, and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and delivery of audit data and tools, following established software quality standards.
Support the identification of exceptions and potential lost profits using established technologies and methodologies.
Participate in the evaluation and documentation of solutions for diverse recovery audit concepts.

2. Technical Learning & Contribution

Learn and apply best practices in software development, database design, and query optimization.
Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies relevant to audit development.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and code, fostering a culture of technical growth.

3. Collaboration & Communication

Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including auditors, developers, and clients, to plan and deliver solutions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and project status updates.

4. Project Support & Planning

Support project estimation, resource planning, and work plan creation as directed.
Help analyze and document opportunities for application and process improvement.
Contribute to successful project delivery through effective teamwork and execution.

5. Quality Assurance & User Support

Adhere to high standards of software quality and established best practices.
Provide support to business users, helping resolve technical and application issues.
Participate in quality assurance activities, including code reviews and solution validation.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Audit Development Manager or designated senior architect.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–3 years of experience with SQL Server, including data analysis and T-SQL stored procedure development.
Foundational knowledge of database design and architecture.
Experience working with datasets across multiple systems is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize query performance under supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in Recovery Audit, fraud detection, data analytics, or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a technical team environment.
Familiarity with audit concepts and practices.
Demonstrated interest in delivering software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
