Job Description

  • Person must be dedicated and must have a flair to work in sales environment.
  • Responsible to assist sales engineers/consultants (Your assigned reporting manager).
  • Understand/document/record client requirement on various tools and CRM.
  • Responsible to do continuous follow-up with leads/clients under the supervision of assigned RM.
  • Look for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and capitalize on them in synch with your RM.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Responsible to handle client retention process under the guidance of TL/Manager/RM.
