We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager who can collaborate, motivate and lead a team of developers to ensure each project achieves its goals for budget, scope and schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on the specific project assigned to ensure proper coordination and completion of those projects
Assist in the development and implementation of the project proposals
Outline the budgets for the project assigned and schedule it so as to complete it on the given deadline
Compile data and information relevant to the project and assist in the documentation of the proposal, make presentations, etc.
Ensure that the project is completed satisfactorily adhering to the requirements mentioned in the contract
Constantly monitor and track the progress of the project and maintain all the relevant work details in the form of reports
Assess and evaluate the performance of the team and take corrective actions with underperforming employees
Be updated with the latest developments in technology and try to implement them to improve and ensure fast completion of the project
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor Degree Completed in the related field
Proven project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a project manager
Familiar with Programming Fundamentals
Sound technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
