Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. 

You will conduct user research, follow the design process, deliver end-user-focused designs, and suggest improvements to the application's functionality. Candidates should know new tools and trends in the industry.

Job Specification:

• Design user interfaces (high-fidelity mockups and prototyping) that are intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing for web and mobile applications
• Contribute to the product’s design system by building and maintaining it
• Assist your senior designer in helping design user persona, user flows, wireframes, UX writing, documentation, and work in collaboration
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights for design improvements
• Collaborate with product managers, development team & engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business
• Stay abreast of industry design trends and UI/UX design tools
• Have a good eye for catching design issues and suggesting improvement
• Be punctual at team events and meetings

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with an impressive portfolio of design projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, B.Sc. CSIT, BIT, or equivalent
• Proficiency in designing tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design
• Ability to work within the deadline
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
• Being a team player with a good learning attitude is a must.
