We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer (JavaScript) who will be developing the server side of the application, designing the application logic and maintaining the database. The candidate will strive to achieve and maintain high performance and responsiveness. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop the back-end software, maintain and update the existing code 
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic 
• Write reusable, testable and efficient code 
• Design and implement low-latency, high availability, and performant applications 
• Follow the Scrum workflow and complete tasks from the team backlog 
• Assist the creation and development of feature requirements 
• Collaborating with front-end and back-end web developers 
• Maintaining new and existing web applications including resolving defects 
• Document Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports
