Job Description

Cedar Gate Services is looking for an Associate HR Officer to join our HR team. 

Job Summary:

The Associate HR Officer will work under the supervision of the HR Manager and manage day-to-day HR activities. 


  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR 
  • Post job openings, both internally and externally, during vacancies
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Engage in training of newly recruited employees to ensure their proper guidance
  • Prepare official letters
  • Maintain personnel and office records
  • Respond to HR-related queries within the company
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities
  • Coordinate and assist in organizational trainings
  • Assist in employee appraisal processes
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies
  • Perform other related duties as necessary
