Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate HR Officer to support our HR and administrative functions. This role will primarily assist the Administrative Officer in managing HR documentation, employee records, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Description:

As an Associate HR Officer, your core responsibilities will include:

HR Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and reports under guidance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in publishing job postings on portals and internal platforms.
  • Manage CV collection and candidate databases.
  • Support scheduling of interviews and assessments (no direct candidate screening/calling).
  • Prepare interview logistics and assist with recruitment reports.

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in preparing induction kits, orientation schedules, and related documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities in coordination with the Administrative Officer.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.

HR Support

  • Provide assistance during performance review processes (tracking forms, scheduling, documentation).
  • Support in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll-related records.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications and notices.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support in performance management and appraisals.
