Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Associate Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through both graphic design and video editing. This role will require collaboration with various teams to create visually appealing and engaging content for digital and print media, as well as video platforms.Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create and design various materials for print, digital media, social platforms, and websites.
• Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual content as required.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Add music, voiceovers, and sound effects to videos while ensuring smooth transitions and a polished final product.
• Work with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize video ideas and storyboards.
• Repurpose existing video content to create short clips, reels, and trailers for promotional use.

Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to enhance content quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, and digital media tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or video editor (1-2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in producing visually appealing content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
