Roles and responsibilities of this job
We’re hiring a Mid-Level E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow multiple client accounts across but not limited to Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace. This hands-on agency role combines execution, strategy, and client communication to drive sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart etc.
Plan, track, and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, Google, Meta)
Ensure listing health, compliance, and issue resolution
Communicate with clients on performance, updates, and recommendations
Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and keyword research
Comfortable handling analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Excel/Sheets, marketplace dashboards)
Support marketplace expansion research (new platforms, regions, categories)
Plan and execute product launch to drive growth
Contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth and sales optimization
Manage promotions, pricing, and inventory updates
Track key performance metrics and support reporting
Requirements
2+ years of e-commerce or marketplace experience
Bachelor’s degree in information management, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Experience with Shopify, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Seller Center
Understanding of marketplace SEO, ads, and performance tracking
Comfortable handling client communication and multiple accounts
Ability to contribute to growth and strategic planning
Nice to Have
Performance Max or advanced Amazon PPC experience
Familiarity with marketplace research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout
Experience with marketplace research and analytics tools
