Your Role:

Step into the role of Associate – Commercial (Relationship Officer) and become an integral part of our team dedicated to fostering strong connections and partnerships for Foodmandu. As an Associate – Commercial (Relationship Officer), you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or products.

2. Business Development Support:

Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

3. Account Management Assistance:
