Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to manage and oversee daily business operations, provide administrative and clerical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of various tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management Support:

  • Assist in organizing and managing business operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and tracking deadlines.
  • Serve as a point of contact between you and stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Administrative and Clerical Tasks:

  • Handle clerical duties such as printing, scanning, filing, and record keeping.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and other necessary documents for the business.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other business contacts.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments.

Organizational Support:

  • Maintain and organize personal and professional schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking tickets, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, or exhibitions as required.

Job Requirements (JR)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Nepali language. 

Other Requirements:

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside of regular office hours.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or inventory management is a plus.
