Educational Qualification& Experience: At least 10+2 (with excellent and accurate typing skills both in English and Nepali with related experience)
The Assistant TIMS Officer is primarily responsible for receiving payments in the form of cash; validating checks, wire transfer, or credit card transactions in exchange of TIMS Card. You are also responsible for processing refund and exchanges and managing cash drawer. At the end of each shift, you are expected to tally funds and ensure that everything is in order and deposit fund at bank and submit that deposit slip to your in-charge. You will be responsible for managing cash database, where date, receipt number, number and types of TIMS cards, exchange rate and total amount should be clearly mentioned. You must make sure that you can handle difficult customers as well a complex cash register or counting machine.
You will be also responsible for the reading accurate details of all clients, related information, and entered data in prescribed format as well as providing data report to immediate supervisor on daily basis.
