Job Description

  • To support it team in running operation work(service center).
  • Provide technical support and assist customer in problem solving.
  • Software installation and truobleshoot
  • Network installation and trouble shoot
  • Resolve technical problem involving software, hardware,peripheral equipments.
  • To install computer eqipment,operating system and software
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-mail phone and other electronic medium
  • Configuration of client's equipment to connect to internet via Modem/Router
  • Configure software to connect to internet application servers.
  • Well developed troubleshooting,critical thinking,effective listining and communicaton skills
  • Perform field work which include on-site cuatomer visit.
