• Assist maintenance technicians in responding to incident on the track, viaduct, power rail, platform screen door and mechanical and electrical equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Assist the maintenance technicians in day to day maintenance and preventive tasks
• Carry out preventive maintenance check of cleaning equipment such as industrial vacuum cleaner, high pressure cleaning machine and other specialized cleaning equipment
• Assist the technicians or other technical support staff to identify different types of cleaning methods including cleaning and restoration treatments
• Maintain accurate maintenance records of cleaning the building, structure, cleaning equipment and other information using a computerized maintenance management system
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required
• Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the assigned Senior Engineer or Team Leader
