Job Description

  • Responsible for overall performance of Onsite service field support
  • Develop and maintain strong monitoring and reporting system to evaluate the performance of Onsite team/ vendor
  • Maintain inter department coordination to resolve issues
  • Diagnose and maintain troubleshooting mechanism to escalate information according to structured protocol
  • Involve in documentation and instant resolution of issues
  • Train, motivate, and lead team to achieve set objectives and targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
