Qualification: At least intermediate degree completed with 1-2 years of working experience in the IT filed.

Job Requirement:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support to the user (this may be in person or over the phone call)
• Setting up accounts for new users AD/HMIS
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology

Other Requirements:

• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook)
