Job Description

  • Analyze market trends and prepare business plans for specific categories accordingly
  • Handle multiple key accounts; maintain relationships, coordinating for business updates, business plans, and special deals
  • Product level understanding with knowledge of market scenario and future trends of a specific category
  • Address consumer demands and come up with ideas for new campaigns
  • Identify specific gaps in category functioning and come up with plans and strategies to ensure better performance
  • Proper understanding of e-commerce best practices in terms of sales and catalogue management
  • Work in a team environment ensuring proper cross functional alignment
  • Plan product sourcing from specific vendors
  • Work closely with the marketing team, vendor management team to category sales with the best customer experience
  • Assist and create short term and long term strategies for the category
  • Prepare date driven reports in coordination with relevant stakeholders
