Job Position: Assistant Sales Officer- Real Estate

This position is responsible to support our real estate team in achieving sales goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth transactions. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads:

  • Actively prospect for potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and other relevant sources.
  • Support in conducting market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to reach out to them effectively.

Client relationship management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing professional and accurate advice on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to property selection, negotiation, and closing.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and negotiation:

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and inspections to showcase the features and benefits of available properties.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and legal, to ensure smooth transaction processes and overcome any obstacles.

Market intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with market trends, property prices, and competitors' activities to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Stay updated on the ongoing progress of the Kathmandu-Terai Fast Track expressway and development of second international (Nijgadh International Airport) project. Develop sales strategies highlighting the development of these two mega projects.

Reporting and documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts using various tools. 
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team.
