Job Title: Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager 

Location: Bhaktapur 

Reports to: Hotel Manager

Responsibility Level: Mid Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Hotel Manager in driving room sales, maximizing revenue, and managing key client accounts. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet set sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Drive room sales and increase revenue from food and beverage offerings to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring retention and growth of at least 20 accounts.
  • Oversee daily operations related to Travel Agent partnerships, both locally and internationally, ensuring efficient customer service and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and present daily sales reports, keeping records updated and ensuring all sales leads are closely followed up.
  • Conduct client inspections, entertain potential and regular clients, and manage VIP visits.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities, market intelligence, and other relevant industry information to the Hotel Manager.
  • Act as a deputy to the Hotel Manager in their absence, attending promotional functions and representing the hotel at travel industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Expertise in managing key international accounts, particularly within specific segments or markets.
  • Knowledge of European and International markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on business development and account management.
