At least 4 – 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing preferably in IT sector.
Ability to establish relation with the corporate clients and build strong network of relationships.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team.
Strong personal drive and motivation
Set an example to subordinates in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits.

Manage and direct the sales team.
Maintain relationships and set up visits with existing and prospective clients to ensure client satisfaction and growth of business.
Plan customized service packages for customers. Work in close coordination with the Technical Team for feasibility study and effective service delivery to customers.
Meet sales goals set forth by the company.
Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to management.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues.
Responsible for appropriate administration, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison with various departments.
Build and maintain a high performance culture in team. Serve as a lead facilitator for high volume accounts. Take the lead role to solve customer conflicts.
Provide guidance, conduct regular coaching and counseling, training sessions with subordinates to build motivation and selling skills. Demonstrate exemplary professional behavior and values and instill go-getter attitude in the sales team. Carry out various research and sales projects.
Overall, be responsible for key accounts management, sales target achievement, and revenue generation.
Perform other job related duties as requested.
