Job Description

  • Solicit new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded within assigned market segment (TA & Corporate)
  • Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
  • Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of services, and resolution of customer complaints
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
  • Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
  • Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
  • Analyse local market trends and assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings, develop market strategy & target 
  • Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement
  • Responsible for working closely with the Sales Team to analyse market trends, report results and develop a Sales Team to execute the selling strategy and achieve business objectives and following tasks to the highest standards
  • Maximize all Revenue opportunities and develop/ implement creative local marketing channels including social media
