New Business Development & Achieving Sales Targets
Generating Leads through cold calling and other sources
Guiding sales team to effectively tap new business opportunities
Handling escalations from Sales team in negotiating & closing the deals, or customers query resolution
Ensuring proper coordination with technical team for delivery of excellent service to clients
Building and maintaining relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects
Overall, be responsible for key accounts management, sales traget achievement and revenue generation
