Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Documentation of company paper works
Handling the PMS agreement with the clients
Visiting Broker offices for issues related to clients and company
Visiting different places outside office premises as assigned
Participate in promotional activities of our product and services outside office premises
Preparation of reports, letters and other documents as assigned by the company
Assisting other departments in case of any issues occurred

Principle Functions :

Compiling, analyzing and maintaining financial data of listed company in Nepal stock market
Analyze the performance of listed companies fundamentally and technically and arrange to disseminate the information to the portfolio department efficiently
Market/IPO/FPO/Right/Debenture/Auction Analysis
Preparation and publication of weekly newsletter and financial report
Develop intensive research and investment methodology to deploy the investment fund in the most profitable avenues in the market
Assist to prepare the company report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual) regularly
Regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients
Other works related to merchant banking or as specified by the top management
