Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ability to manage multiple data processing project consisting of large team.
Thorough understanding of project. Extensive training will be provided to candidates.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Join meetings and conference calls with overseas clients on short notice.
Set goals, monitor productivity of team members
Possess enough analytical and managerial skills to manage turn around time set by client
Identify the training needs of team members, focus on key improvement area
Closely monitor attendance and productivity of team members
This position requires long working hours and work in the evening
