Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Officer to manage the organization's end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure staffing requirements are effectively met by attracting qualified talent while maintaining compliance with HR policies and best practices. The Recruitment Officer will also contribute to employer branding, enhance candidate experience, and support organizational growth by building a competent and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks efficiently.
Plan, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and integrity of recruitment and personnel documentation.
Maintain organized recruitment records and employee files in compliance with organizational policies.
Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
Support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives to meet organizational staffing requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant professional work experience.
Proficient in computer applications and office productivity software, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
