Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in inbound tours / operations; in the Nepal travel market, servicing International Clients
In Depth knowledge of all tourist destinations in Nepal
Strong customer handling skills (on the phone, email and in-person)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in English essential (written, reading and writing)
Hardworking, well-organized, willing to learn, flexible and strong-minded
Strong computer knowledge is required (Words, Excel, PPT, Internet)

Job Description

Handle all inbound (and outbound) sales queries
Prepare standard and custom tours and treks, and it’s costing
Negotiate with suppliers, and maintain ongoing relationships
Assist in all marketing activities of Company
Interaction with foreign agents / clients – including itineraries, sales, marketing, price negotiation
Successfully manage fulfillment of all tour and trek sales
Assist Management with all other tour and trekking related activities of Company
