Job Description

Division: JCB

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. 
  • Conduct regular follow-up with department’s heads to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. 
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. 
  • Analyzes the recruitment and recommends and implements changes to it Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them 
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Monthly Recruitment Tracker report
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. 
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition 
  • Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting. 
  • Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
  • Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible
  • Maintain cordial relationship with external agencies, including recruitment agencies, recruitment advertising agencies, trainers and suppliers of other HR products and services

Expected Competencies:

  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Good Personal Relations with agencies
  • Follow ups and Documentation of Contractual renewal
  • Knowledge of candidate’s evaluation tools like DISC/psychometric test, PF16 test/stress test would be an added advantage
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
