Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Field Development Officer (FDO) will be responsible for promoting the organization’s services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and stakeholders. The role focuses on field visits, student recruitment support, and increasing the organization’s outreach and enrollment numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and relevant institutions
Promote study abroad counseling services and generate student leads
Maintain strong relationships with educational partners and stakeholders
Support student enrollment and initial counseling coordination
Organize and participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events
Report daily/weekly field activities and lead updates to management
Achieve assigned targets for student acquisition and outreach

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
Prior experience in marketing, sales, or fieldwork is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel for field visits
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
