- Identify roles to be filled within the organization
- Responsible for manpower planning
- Assists HR Manager in designing job descriptions
- Update the organizational structures as and when required
- Responsible for sourcing of suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels
- Design recruitment advertisements. Announce vacancy notices in job portals and other media
- Screens applicants. Meet walk-in applicants, collect and assesses CVs
- Conduct reference checks
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are followed
- Maintain a proper file of CVs collected and forward to the departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
- Schedule interview and ensure that feedback is collected from interviewers
- Take interviews whenever required
- Send interview feedback to the candidates
- Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
- Generate recruitment related reports
- Create and maintain employee files
- Obtain monthly performance appraisal of incumbents from the concerned managers
- Track the end of probation / contract period of employees and intiate the process for renewals and permanent appointments
- Coordinate induction process
- Report to the HR Manager
- Perform any other jobs assigned by HR Manager
