  • Master’s in Business or equivalent Or Bachelor’s Degree in Business with 3 years of experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and marketing with proven track record
  • Must possess two-wheeler and driving license 
  • Proven team building and leadership skills, practice, result oriented
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft office package
  • Excellent English speaking and writing
  • Problem solving skill and pressure handling skill is required

Job Description

  • Implement sales strategy based on industry or location and plan for sales lead based on industry
  • Work in team to achieve company’s sales target
  • Assist Department head in maintaining and increasing sales for the company's products/services
  • Motivate team members towards goal achievement and evaluate team member’s performance
  • Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
  • Assist Sales Manager in monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to head of department. 
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with stakeholders
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on a feature for company’s services
  • Remain knowledgeable on products/service offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Strictly follow the reporting mechanism and implement reporting structure for the team
