Job Description

  • Develop, establish and maintain annual client servicing plan to meet organizational objectives and given monetary target.
  • Imitate accurate and detailed paperwork for jobs that are input into the production and accounting system and follow the process from beginning to end. 
  • Conduct service review meetings with clients and ensure that standard of service is maintained.
  • Oversee the analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors information.
  • Monitor, review and report on all client servicing activities and status/results.
