As an Insurance lead, he/she will be responsible for driving insurance payments, including Dofe Insurance and SSF contribution through our wallet, and coordinating with insurance companies for co-promotion. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the insurance industry and be able to work with insurance companies to ensure successful integration and promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance payments through the wallet, including Dofe insurance and SSF Contribution.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to create joint marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the wallet is properly configured to support insurance payments and promotions by working with internal teams.
• Analyze insurance-related metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Negotiate co-promotion agreements with insurance companies to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance company partners to foster collaboration and maximize opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by working with the legal team to meet all requirements.
• Mobilize team members to drive insurance payments through Khalti by providing guidance and support.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to build and manage relationships with insurance and corporate clients, identify potential partnership opportunities, negotiate terms and conditions, integrate insurance products and services into our digital payment platform, develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients, maintain a strong understanding of the insurance and corporate relations landscape, analyze market data and trends, and provide regular reports on progress and results to senior management.
